Our 1st County-by-County project in River Cess funded by the Voss Foundation through the Lene Maria for Rent Vann fundraising campaign. County-by-County (CbC) is our ambitious new initiative launched in early 2013 to provide complete water coverage to the entire county of RiverCess and address the county’s challenge in meeting the Millennium Development Goal for water.
